We accept cash, checks (personal or bank), money orders, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We can also take payments electronically with Routing and Account Numbers.
FINANCING
We offer financing through Greensky with plans that offer a fixed low rate with payments as well as plans that offer no payments and no interest if the total is paid within a certain period (3 or 6 months same as cash). You will receive a credit decision in minutes.
RENT TO OWN
With our rent to own program there are no credit checks, no application, no strings attached, and the ability to pay off your building early with no pre-payment penalty. When you rent to own your storage building, you get a low monthly rent payment and the peace of mind knowing you are building equity. Usually there is a low down payment or possibly no down payment depending on months you choose and price of building.
